A Week to Embody Your Body

This in-person training with Karen Bradley and Brigitte Lachance, held in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia, offers a refreshing pause—somewhere between deep learning and vacation.

It’s a 7-day intensive immersion in the Laban-Bartenieff approach, blending theory and practice to deepen your understanding of the body and movement. Alongside guided explorations, you’ll enjoy beach walks, quiet moments, and time for reflection. You’ll develop movement awareness, expressivity, and presence, while gaining concrete tools to apply in coaching and therapy.

This advanced somatic experience will allow you to integrate movement as a genuine tool for transformation and connection, both in your professional practice and your personal life. Throughout the workshop, you’ll be supported to experiment, sense, and learn at your own pace, ensuring you get the most out of this immersive experience.


This training is for you if…

  • You are a professional in coaching or therapy and want to enrich your practice with powerful somatic and body-based tools.

  • You are passionate about movement, dance, or somatic education and want to deepen your body awareness and expressivity.

  • You are looking to expand your skills in guiding others and integrate movement as a tool for transformation and connection.

  • You want to experience an intensive somatic immersion to enrich both your personal and professional practice.

  • You understand English.


🚫 This training is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for something quick or superficial—this is a full 7-day intensive immersion.

  • You’re not comfortable with movement or guided body explorations.

  • You only expect a purely theoretical course or an official certification (this workshop emphasizes experiential practice and somatic awareness).

  • You’re not available to attend all 7 days in person in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia.

  • You prefer training only in French, as the program will be taught in English (though both English and French questions are welcome).

Daily Schedule:

  • 2 hrs of experiential movement

  • 2 hrs of theory

  • 1 hr 30 min of discussions and practical applications

A gentle, spacious setting, with time to integrate.

Total: 45 hours of training
